CHANDRAI Services operates multiple service brands (WTS TechX and Edus Vision). Work scopes, delivery phases, and payment schedules are detailed in separate client Service Level Agreements (SLA). All commercial payments made via integrated gateways (Razorpay) are subject to payment verification checks.

3. Liability & Performance

While we make every effort to optimize our software systems to render with minimal latency under LiteSpeed server environments, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access or zero server timeouts during upstream network interruptions.

4. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Bihar, India. Any disputes arising in connection with these terms, our services, or payment transactions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Samastipur, Bihar, India.

5. Term Revisions
