Process Overview

CHANDRAI Services follows a strict, multi-phase lifecycle to ensure that complex software and hardware integrations are delivered flawlessly. Because the company frequently operates in regions transitioning from physical to digital infrastructure, the process emphasizes deep initial discovery and heavy post-deployment training.

The 5-Step Lifecycle

1. Discovery & Audit

The team conducts an exhaustive onsite audit. For software (WTS TechX), this means mapping existing physical workflows and ledgers. For hardware (Edus Vision), this means assessing classroom acoustics, lighting, and electrical infrastructure.

2. Zero-Bloat Architecture Design

Systems architects design the database schema and select the specific tech stack (e.g., Core PHP for speed) or hardware specifications (e.g., 75-inch Dual OS panel) before a single line of code is written.

3. Native Engineering & Assembly

Software is coded natively without heavy CMS frameworks. Hardware is procured, stress-tested, and configured at the CHANDRAI Services staging facility.

4. Deployment & Training

The system is deployed live. The most critical part of this phase is onsite training, where staff and educators are trained on how to use the software and interactive panels effectively.

5. Annual Maintenance Contract (AMC)

CHANDRAI Services does not abandon projects. Clients are enrolled in long-term AMC structures covering server updates, database backups, security patches, and hardware calibration.
