The history of CHANDRAI Services reflects a continuous expansion from a localized software development agency into a comprehensive technology and infrastructure conglomerate. Founded by Vivek Chandra in Samastipur, Bihar, the organization evolved by consistently identifying and addressing the technological deficits in tier-2 and tier-3 Indian cities.
What began as a web development initiative systematically grew into two distinct operating divisions: one focused on enterprise software, and the other dedicated to modernizing educational infrastructure through smart hardware.
Detailed Milestones
July 2021: The Genesis (WTS Team)
Vivek Chandra initiated operations under the name WTS Team. The initial focus of the business was providing foundational IT services, website development, and basic workflow scripts to local businesses seeking to establish a digital presence.
July 2024: EdTech Expansion (Edus Technologies)
Recognizing that software platforms were insufficient without modern physical hardware, the organization expanded into the Educational Technology sector. Edus Technologies was launched to provide schools and coaching centers with interactive flat panels, PTZ cameras, and digital podiums, coupled with dedicated School Management ERP systems.
June 2026: Corporate Restructuring (CHANDRAI Services)
To unify operations and establish a scalable corporate hierarchy, the organization underwent a massive restructuring. The parent entity, CHANDRAI Services, was formally established to oversee all operations.
As part of this restructuring, the sub-brands were officially formalized:
- WTS Team was rebranded to WTS TechX, strictly handling IT and Software Engineering.
- Edus Technologies was rebranded to Edus Vision, strictly handling EdTech and Hardware integration.
